Prices for listed homes continue to rise as Legacy of Leesburg seen as a desirable community. For the week 2 homes added to the MLS (Rogers model at 26960 Honeymoon Ave, Colchester at 26943 Honeymoon Ave.) and 1 home removed from the MLS (FLC model at 27520 Stoneybrook Dr). Currently there are no homes listed less than $200,000. Smallest listed home is the Colchester model. There are no small Balmoral or Carlisle models listed.

Another home back on the MLS (Balmolral at 5328 Treasure View). Another seller looses potential sales days when a risky agreement apparently fails. Sellers can take control to avoid potential lost selling days by keeping the home activity on the list while waiting to see if a sale agreement fails. Sellers can add a right of first refusal waiver to the sales agreement.
